WTHN - FLATIRON, NEW YORK
Set into a high-ceilinged storefront space, the first WTHN acupuncture and wellness retail location is the product of a close collaboration between the company founders, Shadow Architect PC and the interior design firm Hyphen. With the goal of making accupuncture more readily accessible to retail customers, the space has a natural feeling flow from the front retail and reception area through a locker and “refresh” zone, and then to the waiting area and treatment rooms beyond. The material palette is oak, marble, brass, and off-white fabrics and wall colors with pops of color and greenery interspersed throughout. The combined effect is both spa-like and playful, a modern healing oasis.
